Community Building
|
- Planning and coordination of social events and activities including fund-raising events for the parish (examples: Samoan Divine Mercy, Filipino Community Gala, Samoan Luau, The Gomez’s Tamale Sale, Knights of Columbus Spaghetti Feed, Youth Food Fast, Outreach Bazaar, etc.)
- Produce a Parish Calendar based on events and activities above.
- Consult with various parish groups to find out if there are social events and activities being planned which are parish-related and which can be put on our Parish Calendar.

Planning
|
- Parish Strategic Plan – Regular updating of the parish strategic plan.
- Convene ministries for planning, communication, collaboration and coordination of services.
- Examine our strategic plan (mission) for consistency with the Archdiocesan (strategic) Pastoral Plan.

|
Research
|
- Follow up on issues, needs and concerns that surface - those that we hear about ourselves through our one-to-one visits; through the suggestion box; through referrals from SAPCOM; and through outside sources, i.e., AFACT, CSS, RAIS, and Municipal activities relevant to our parish.
- Research (seek) possible solutions and answers.
- Develop and carry out plan for addressing issues and concerns.

Evangelization
|
- Publication - Newsletter
Communication - reports, pulpit announcements, ADs and promotions.
- Picture wall (Peggy Bergsrud)
- Campaigns and drives deemed appropriate by the PC. This includes outside groups seeking assistance monetarily and morally (solidarity). Examples: Global Solidarity Partnership, Cross international, Maryknoll Mission, etc.
- Coordinate and collaborate with mission partners. Example: RAIS of the Catholic Social Services and AFACT member congregations.
